OUTLINE

This rework system is designed to remove most SMT components like QFPs, SOPs, PLCCs SOJs, PGAs, BGAs, Connectors and other chips. It does not require any special nozzles or additional accessories. Built in timer to prevent overheating of board and component. The hot air nozzle has an adjustable motion range of up to 50mm per axis.

OPERATION FOR REWORK OF MICRO COMPONENTS

• Set the Knob of X & Y in 1 (reading) and set the Knob of BLOW in 1-2 With the Power "ON", the NOZZLE is inclined forwards. Observe the target component with the optional MONITOR& CAMERA and remove or place the component.
• The SMT PIN is available to assist in the removal and placement of the micro-components.
